System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend HB 3560 on third reading on page 5, between lines 1 and 
2, by inserting the following:
	(e) The comptroller must report to the Texas Ethics 
Commission a campaign contribution from a vendor that bids on or 
receives a contract under the comptroller's purchasing authority.
