System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 3575 as follows:                                                  
	(1) On page 5, line 20, strike "seven" and substitute "nine".    
	(2) On page 6, line 1, strike "and".                                    
	(3) On page 6, line 2, between "governor" and the underlined 
period, insert the following:

; and                                                                  
		(6) two members of the public, appointed by the 
governor, who have expertise in:
			(A) the delivery of health and human services 
program benefits to recipients; or 
			(B) the use of technology to improve the delivery 
of those program benefits to recipients
	(4) On page 6, line 6, strike "(b)(3), (4), or (5)" and 
substitute "(b)(3), (4), or (5), or (6)".
