	Amend on third reading HB 3732 as it was amended on second 
reading by Floor Amendment No. 4 by Hardcastle in SECTION 11(a) of 
the bill by striking "382.003(1-a)(B), Health and Safety Code, as 
amended" and substituting "382.003(12-a)(B), Health and Safety 
Code, as added".
