	Amend on third reading HB 3732 as follows:                                   
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, proposed Section 447.013(b), 
Government Code, strike "that produce reliable and affordable 
electric power".
	(2)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, proposed Section 382.0566(a), 
Health and Safety Code, strike "September 1, 2008, and before 
September" and substitute "January 1, 2008, and before January".
