Amend CSHB 3900 (house committee report) on page 24, between lines 18 and 19, by inserting the following: Sec. 54.778. AUDIT. The fiscal transactions of the board under this subchapter, including the administration of the fund, are subject to audit by the state auditor in accordance with Chapter 321, Government Code.
