The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend CSHB 3928 on third reading in added Subsection (d), 
Section 171.103, Tax Code, as added by Amendment No. 1 by Ogden on 
second reading (page 3, lines 7-11 of the amendment), by striking 
the last sentence of that subsection and substituting "The 
comptroller shall adopt rules as necessary to enforce the reporting 
requirement prescribed by Subsection (c)."
