The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSHB 3997 by striking page 4, lines 19 through 22, and
substituting the following:
(d) The termination of rights of an alleged father under
Subsection (b)(4) [(b)(3)] does not require service of citation by
publication on the alleged father.
