Amend CSHJR 90 on page 3, between lines 24 and 25, by inserting the following: (i) The Texas Public Finance Authority shall consider using a business whose principal place of business is located in the state to issue the bonds authorized by this section and shall include using a historically underutilized business as defined by general law.
