Amend HR 2 (Housekeeping Resolution) in SECTION 4.07 by 
striking Subsections (d) and (e) (page 14, lines 3-19) and 
substituting the following:
	(d)  An [Except as provided by Subsection (e) of this 
section, an]  employee of an individual member, a committee 
employee, or any person, firm, or corporation employed by a 
committee or subcommittee shall [may not] be paid a monthly salary 
in an amount determined by the member or by the committee or 
subcommittee chair as appropriate [in excess of $3,750 for any one 
month].
