Amend HR 2 (the housekeeping resolution) on page 9, line 9, by 
adding the following at the end of SECTION 3.06(b):

The Committee on House Administration shall ensure that each 
member-elect of the 81st Legislature who was not a member of the 
80th Legislature:
		(1)  is permitted to move into and begin using the 
member-elect's office space at least 48 hours before the time the 
81st Legislature is scheduled to convene.
