Amend the Dunnam amendment to HR 3 as follows:                               
	(1) On line 7, between "house chamber and" and "house 
gallery", insert "behind the".
	(2) At the end of the amendment on line 8, add "Nothing herein 
shall prevent any person from traveling from the gallery to and from 
the third floor elevator in the back hall of the house."
