Amend HR 3 on page 91, between lines 9 and 10 by inserting the 
following:  
	"Sec. 42A. DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN INFORMATION RELATED TO 
MEMBERS' PERSONAL OR PRIVATE INTEREST. (a) Each member shall file 
with the chief clerk not later than the 10th calendar day of a 
regular session, or fifth calendar day of a special session, a 
statement identifying by name any corporation, firm, partnership, 
limited partnership, limited liability partnership, professional 
corporation, professional association, joint venture, or other 
business association, in which:
			(1)  the member and a person registered under 
Chapter 305, Government code have an interest; or
			(2)  the member and another member of the house or 
the senate have an interest.
	(b)  The member shall update the statement under Subsection 
(a) to reflect any interests acquired or disposed of on the second 
business day after the acquisition or disposition.
	(c)  The chief clerk shall deliver statements made under 
Subsections (a) and (b) to the journal clerk, who shall cause the 
statements to be printed in the daily and permanent journals. If the 
house is not in session, the journal clerk shall print the 
statements filed between sessions as an appendix to the journal."
