	Amend CSSB 3 (House Committee Printing) by inserting the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION and renumbering 
subsequent SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION ____. CHANGING THE NAME OF THE LAKE FASTRILL 
RESERVOIR. The Texas Water Development Board shall amend the state 
water plan and all other appropriate documents referencing the 
reservoir known as Lake Fastrill by renaming that reservoir Lake 
Tuffy.
