	Amend CSSB 3 (House Committee Printing) as follows:                          

(1)  In SECTION 3.02 of the bill, at the end of Subdivision 	(14) of the section (page 59, line 9), strike "and".
	(2)  In SECTION 3.02 of the bill, in Subdivision (15) of the 
section (page 59, line 13), between "Brownsville" and the period, 
insert the following:

		(16)  Prairie Creek reservoir, to be located on Prairie 
Creek, a tributary of the Sabine River, in Gregg and Smith Counties, 
west of the city of Longview
