	Amend CSSB 3 (house committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to ARTICLE 3 of the bill 
and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of that article accordingly:
	SECTION 3.____.  The designation of a unique reservoir site 
under Section 3.02 of this Act expires on August 31, 2013, unless on 
or before that date a proposed project sponsor of the reservoir 
project votes affirmatively to make expenditures necessary to file 
an application for a permit required to construct the reservoir 
under state or federal law.
