Amend CSSB 3 (House Committee Printing) in ARTICLE 2 of the 
bill by adding the following appropriately numbered section and 
renumbering the sections of the article accordingly:
	SECTION 2.____.  Section 36.117, Water Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (b-1) to read as follows:
	(b-1)  The exemption under Subsection (b)(2) does not apply 
to a water well located in a county having any area in the Barnett 
Shale field of the Fort Worth Basin.
