Amend Amendment No. 79 as follows:                                           
	On Page 9, by striking Subsection (d)(3) in its entirety and 
substituting in lieu thereof the following:
		(3)  be approved and executed by the authority, the 
Commission, the Parks and Wildlife Department, the Department of 
Agriculture, the Texas Water Development Board and the United 
States Fish and Wildlife Service not later than September 1, 2012, 
and the agreement shall take effect December 31, 2012.
