	(1) On page 5, where appropriate, insert a new column between

is:
		(1) state well #69-47-306, labeled "Hondo Index Well" 
in Table 1 under Subsection (b) of this section, in connection with 
wells located in Medina County; and
		(2) Index Well J-17, in connection with wells located 
outside Medina County.
