Amend Morrison Amendment on page 202 of CSSB 3 Amendment 
Packet by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to 
the bill and renumbering the subsequent SECTION accordingly:
	SECTION ____. Article 1, Chapter 626, Acts of the 73rd 
Legislature, Regular Session, 1993, is amended by adding Section 
1.081 to read as follows:
	Sec. 1.081. FIRE CONTROL. To protect the water quality of the 
aquifer, the board shall adopt rules regarding the control of fires 
in the aquifer's recharge zone. In adopting rules under this 
section, the board shall consult with fire departments and fire 
marshals with jurisdiction over the recharge zone.
