System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 7 (house committee printing) in SECTION 6 of the 
bill, in added Section 38.017, Education Code (page 6, between 
lines 15 and 16), by inserting the following:
	(h)  A school district may seek and accept gifts, grants, or 
other donations to pay the district's cost of purchasing automated 
external defibrillators required under this section.
