Amend CSSB 9 by inserting a new SECTION 3 on page 1, line 21, 
renumbering current SECTION 3 and subsequent SECTIONS accordingly.
	SECTION 3. Amend Sec. 21.048, Education Code, by adding a new 
subsection (d) to read as follows:
	(d) Except as provided by 21.057, the results of an 
examination are not public information under Chapter 552, 
Government Code.
