	Amend Amendment No. 1 by Rose to SB 9 on third reading as 
follows:         
	(1)  In Subsection (a) of the SECTION of the bill proposed by 
the amendment (page 1, lines 5 and 6), strike "establish a strategy" 
and substitute "develop recommendations".
	(2)  In Subsection (j) of the SECTION of the bill proposed by 
the amendment (page 2, line 2), strike "establish a strategy" and 
substitute "develop recommendations".
	(3)  In Subsection (j) of the SECTION of the bill proposed by 
the amendment (page 2, line 4), strike "establishing that strategy" 
and substitute "developing the recommendations".
	(4)  Strike Subdivision (5), Subsection (j) of the SECTION of 
the bill proposed by the amendment (page 2, lines 21 and 22), and 
substitute "(5) review the strategic plan submitted by the 
Interagency Coordinating Council for Building Healthy Families."
	(5)  In Subsection (k) of the SECTION of the bill proposed by 
the amendment (page 2, line 23), strike "strategic plan" and 
substitute "recommendations".
	(6)  In Subsection (l) of the SECTION of the bill proposed by 
the amendment (page 2, lines 30 and 31), strike "and the Texas
