System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 10 on page 44, lines 12, by inserting a new 
Subsection 32.0641(c) to read as follows:
	(c) If the executive commissioner of the Health and Human 
Services Commission adopts a copayment or other cost-sharing 
payment under Subsection (a), the commission shall not reduce 
hospital payments to reflect the potential receipt of a copayment 
or other payment from a recipient for any hospital emergency room 
services.
