	Amend CSSB 10 (house committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and 
renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  SEVERABILITY.   If any provision of this Act is 
held by a court to be invalid, that invalidity does not affect the 
other provisions of this Act, and to this end the provisions of this 
Act are severable.
