System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend Section CSSB 10 by adding the following:                               
	Section ____. The Health & Human Services commission shall 
study the impact of managed care in areas of the state in which it is 
not currently being utilized, including those under section 
533.0025
	The study should include:                                               
		(1) Feasibility;                                                       
		(2) Cost comparisons around the state for capitated &
non-capitated models of care and;
		(3) Delivering the most cost effective measure of care 
and;          
		(4) Increasing provider rates with additional cost 
savings.          
	The Commission shall report their findings to the Governor, 
Lt. Governor & Speaker of the House by September 1, 2008.
