System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 10 in SECTION 5 of the bill,  immediately following 
proposed Subsection (c), Section 531.506, Government Code (house 
committee report, page 22, between lines 20 and 21), by inserting 
the following:
	(d)  Except as otherwise provided by the terms of a waiver 
authorized by Section 531.502, money in the fund may also be 
allocated to federally qualified health centers, as defined by 42 
U.S.C. Section 1396d(l)(2)(B), in this state to defray the costs of 
providing uncompensated health care in this state.
