	Amend SB 11 on third reading, in the SECTION of the bill that 
amends Section 418.108, Government Code, immediately following 
proposed Subsection (i), by inserting, "This subsection does not 
apply to a county in which the majority of the population of two or 
more municipalities with a population of 300,000 or more are 
located.
