The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSSB 11 (house committee report) by striking SECTION 
4.02 in Article 4 of the bill and substituting the following:
	SECTION 4.02.  Section 228.058(d), Transportation Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
	(d)  Evidence obtained from technology approved by the 
department under Subsection (a) may not be used in the prosecution 
of an offense other than under Section 228.054 or 228.055 of this 
code, Section 20.03 or 20.04, Penal Code, or in the prosecution of a 
capital offense.
