Amend SB 23 on third reading (House Committee 
Printing---Amendment No. 5) by adding new SECTION as follows:
	On page 7, line 8, add a new Subchapter O, Section 843.506, to 
read as follows:
	SECTION 843.506 APPLICABILITY. This chapter does not apply to 
health benefit plans that contract with the Health and Human 
Services Commission for the provision of:
				(i) medical assistance under Chapter 32, 
Human Resources Code; or         
				(ii) health benefits under the state child 
health plan.
