Amend SB 75 in SECTION 3 of the bill, in amended Subparagraph 
(i), Paragraph (A), Subdivision (2), Subsection (c), Section 12.42, 
Penal Code (Senate committee printing, page 1, line 29), by 
striking "21.11" and substituting "21.11(a)(1)".
