Amend CSSB 101 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION ONE as 
follows:      
	1.  On page 2, line 25, strike: "and".                                  
	2.  On page 2, line 28, replace "." with "; and".                
	3.  On page 2, line 29, insert the following:                                  
		(4)  restrict the enrollment of nonresidents to no more 
than 4 percent of the freshman class.
