Amend Floor Amendment No. 5 to CSSB 101 by striking proposed 
Section 54.202(a), Education Code, (page 1, lines 12-14) and 
substitute the following therefor:
	Sec. 54.202.  TOP 10 PERCENT HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES.  (a)  
This section applies to a person who was admitted and enrolled under 
the automatic admission provisions of Section 51.803(c).
