Amend CSSB 114 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 51.949(c), 
Education Code (page 1, line 37, after the word "bookstore" insert 
the following:

"if that list is created by and at the expense of an institution of 
higher education."
