Amend CSSB 132 on third reading in SECTION 1 of the bill, in 
added Section 455.006, Transportation Code (committee printing, 
page 1, between lines 42 and 43), by inserting:
	(  )  Notwithstanding Subsection (a), the Department may not 
establish or operate a motor bus-only lane on a highway or toll 
facility maintained by a Regional Toll Authority established under 
Chapter 366 of the Transportation Code without the Authority's 
consent
