Amend SB 199 (committee printing) as follows:                                
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Subsection (a), 
Section 250.006, Health and Safety Code (page 1, lines 63-64), 
strike "(24)  an offense under Section 38.02(d), Penal Code 
(failure to identify);" and renumber subsequent subdivisions 
accordingly.
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Subsection (a)(27), 
Section 250.006, Health and Safety Code (page 2, line 8), strike 
"under Subdivisions (1)-(26) [(13)]" and substitute "by this 
subsection [under Subdivisions (1)-(13)]".
