Amend CSSB 218 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  In amended section 42.044, Human Resources Code (page 1, 
line 35), after "above" insert:

", including an educational facility that operates an after-school 
program that meets the certification and standard requirements 
established by the Texas Education Agency."
