Amend SB 228, in SECTION 27 of the bill, in added Section 
232.0135(d), Family Code (introduced version page 18, line 16), by 
inserting after the period "If, after a review by the Title IV-D 
agency or a hearing by the court, the Title IV-D agency withdraws 
the notice under Subsection (a), the Title IV-D agency shall 
reimburse the obligor the amount of any fee charged the obligor 
under Section 232.014."
