Amend proposed SB 244 in SECTION 2 of the bill, by striking 
added Subdivision (1), Subsection (a), Article 18.011, Code of 
Criminal Procedure (Senate committee printing, page 1, lines 
31-33), and substituting the following:
		(1)  public disclosure of the affidavit would 
jeopardize the safety of a victim, witness, or confidential 
informant or cause the destruction of evidence; or
