Amend SB 244 in SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Subsection 
(b), Article 18.011, Code of Criminal Procedure (Senate committee 
printing, page 1, lines 42 through 46), by striking everything 
after "grant" and substituting ", before the 31st day after the date 
on which the search warrant for which the affidavit was presented is 
executed, on a new finding of compelling state interest, one 30-day 
extension of the original order."
