System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend SB 255 (house committee printing) as follows:                          
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection (a), 
Section 201.805, Transportation Code (page 2, line 10), strike 
"and".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection (a), 
Section 201.805, Transportation Code, between "expenditures" and 
the period (page 2, line 12), insert the following:
	;                                                                       
		(12)  the dollar amount of any pass-through toll 
agreements;         
		(13)  the percentage of highway construction projects 
completed on time; and
		(14)  the percentage of highway construction projects 
that cost:     
			(A)  more than the contract amount; and                               
			(B)  less than the contract amount                                    
	(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, immediately following added 
Subsection (b), Section 201.805, Transportation Code (page 2, 
between lines 15 and 16), insert the following:
	(c)  The department shall annually publish in appropriate 
media and on the department's Internet website in a format that 
allows the information to be read into a commercially available 
electronic database the following information for each fiscal year:
		(1)  the amount of money in the Texas mobility fund 
itemized by the source of the money; and
		(2)  the amount of money received by the department:                   
			(A)  itemized by the source of the money; and                         
			(B)  compared to the amount of money appropriated 
by the legislature to the department in the General Appropriations 
Act.
