	Amend SB 255 (house committee printing) as follows:                          
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection (a), 
Section 201.805, Transportation Code (page 2, line 10), strike 
"and".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection (a), 
Section 201.805, Transportation Code, between "expenditures" and 
the period (page 2, line 12), insert the following:

; and                                                                  
		(12)  a description of real property acquired by the 
department through the exercise of eminent domain, including the 
acreage of the property and the location of the property
