System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend SB 255 (house committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the 
bill, immediately following added Subsection (b), Section 201.805, 
Transportation Code (page 2, between lines 15 and 16), by inserting 
the following:
	(c)  The department shall annually publish in appropriate 
media and on the department's Internet website in a format that 
allows the information to be read into a commercially available 
electronic database a list of each contract the department has 
with:
		(1)  a person required to register as a lobbyist under 
Chapter 305, Government Code;
		(2)  a public relations firm; or                                       
		(3)  a government consultant.
