Amend SB 255 (committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the bill in 
added Section 201.805, Transportation Code, as follows:
	(1)  Between the period and "The" (page 1, line 14), insert 
"(a)".
	(2)  Between "into" and "electronic" (page 1, line 17), 
strike "an" and substitute "a commercially available".
	(3)  Between "information" and "listed" (page 1, line 18), 
insert ", calculated on a per capita basis considering the most 
recent census data and".
	(4)  Insert the following subsection (page 1, between lines 
41 and 42):      
	(b)  The department shall include information from all 
department contracts in the statistical comparison and information 
reports required under Subsection (a).
