System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend SB 462 as follows:                                                     
	(1) On page 1, line 10, strike "and".                                          
	(2) Strike line 13 and substitute:                                             

predominately located; and                                             
		(3) issued bonds before January 1, 2007, for the 
construction of a municipal arts center payable from and secured by 
revenue from the tax imposed under this chapter.
