Amend Floor Amendment No. 21 to CSSB 482 by Bohac at the end
of page 1, line 13, by striking lines 11-13 and substituting:
customer the following statements printed in at least 12-point
type:
(1) "To see competitor pricing and service plans,
please visit the Public Utility Commission of Texas website:
www.powertochoose.com."; and
(2) a statement that a customer may obtain the same
information by calling a specified toll-free telephone number.
