System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend Amendment No. 24 by Vo to CSSB 482, on page 1, by 
striking lines 13-25, and substituting the following:
	(b) A retail electric provider may not impose a late fee for 
payment for retail electric service that is mailed to the retail 
provider using the United States Postal Service if the payment is 
received not later than the third day after the date the payment is 
due.
