	(1)  Strike "an electric utility or transmission and 
distribution utility" each time it appears in the amendment and 
substitute "a transmission and distribution utility".
	(2)  Strike "electric utility or transmission and 
distribution utility" each time it appears in the amendment and 
substitute "transmission and distribution utility".
