	Amend CSSB 483 (House Committee Report), in SECTION 6 of the 
bill, added Subsection (j), Section 39.157, Utilities Code (page 
14, lines 9-10), by striking "if the commission determines that the 
use may be misleading to a customer" and substituting "unless the 
commission determines that the use is not misleading to customers".
