Amend CSSB 484, in SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 
39.907, Utilities Code (committee printing page 1, lines 16-24), by 
striking Subsection (b) and substituting the following:
	(b)  The committee is composed of six members as follows:                      
		(1)  the chair of the House Committee on Regulated 
Industries;              
		(2)  the chair of the Senate Committee on Business and 
Commerce;     
		(3)  the chair of the Senate Committee on Natural 
Resources;         
		(4)  a member [three members] of the senate appointed 
by the lieutenant governor; and
		(5) [(3)]  two members of the house of representatives 
appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives.
