Amend CSSB 534 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of 
the bill, immediately following added Subsection (h), Section 
52.061, Labor Code (page 2, between lines 24 and 25), by adding the 
following:
	(j)  This section does not apply to a parking area on any 
property owned or leased by an employer who is required to submit a 
risk management plan under Section 550 of Homeland Security 
Appropriations Act of 2007 and contracts with the National 
Aeronautics and Space Administration and the employer's employees 
work at a National Aeronautics and Space Administration Facility in 
a county with a population with over 3.3 million.
